Empower Fitness Boot Camps

Join Holly Di Giovine for Full Body Workouts which Includes hi and lo intensity cardio sets, upper and lower body strength training using body weight and minimal equipment, emphasis on core, flexibility and balance. Appropriate for beginners and advanced alike-it’s up to you to listen to your body and know when to push and when to hold back. Session lasts about one hour, finishing with stretching to help “re-set” your body.
